Cancellation Terms
The following applies to exhibition space booked for the Indian Ice Cream Congress & Expo.

A deduction of 50 percent of the stall amount applies once the stall is booked.
- 02
A deduction of 75 percent applies if the allotted space is cancelled more than 30 days before the first day of the event.
- 03
A deduction of 100 percent applies if the allotted space is cancelled 29 days or less before the first day of the event.
- 04
Refund requests are processed after the fair concludes and its revenue account is closed, which may take up to three months after the event.
Events beyond our control
In the case of natural calamity, or political or communal disruption, if the exhibition is not held, the organiser and event manager will not be held responsible. The participation amount will be refunded after deducting expenses incurred, or carried forward to the next edition. The final decision rests with the AIM Events organising committee.
